Reviews

Her voice was surprising (...), from her first aria, she showed a magnificent control of breathing and coloratura, and a very pleasant sonority.

Dani Cortés Gil, El Núvol, September 2021

Confident and communicative (...), with great savoir-faire on stage, she was the singer who gave more intention to the words. Well rounded voice endowed with a nice ring.
Codalario, September 2020

The young soprano Aurora Peña is one of the voices that stands out among the critics due to her extraordinary projection, her colorful and beautiful timbre and for her ductile singing line with a good stamina and a nice high register. Her interpretation [is] deeply expressive.

Revista Toda La Música, September 2020

Aurora Peña combined grace and self-confidence with extreme ease and precision in the high register.

Mercedes García Molina, Revista RITMO, October 2019

A soprano who uses her great vocal qualities to achieve an impressive expression of the text.

Aart van der Wal, OpusKlassiek, The Netherlands, July 2019

Aurora Peña with her distinctively overwhelming energy.

Eduardo Torrico, Scherzo, March 2019

Full of luminosity, (...) cheerfulness, rhythm and youth.

Ariegarda, Romania, September 2018

Effortlessly, she creates long coloraturas and thus fills the entire scenic space.

Online Merker, Germany, October 2018

Each of the interventions of the soprano Aurora Peña was delicious because of her great expressiveness.

Lluís Trullén, RevistaMusical.cat, July 2017

Her crystalline and sweet voice, but powerful and sharp at the same time, was one of the most pleasant surprises of the night.

Jesús Calderón, Diario de Sevilla, April 2016.

She has a voice with a superb projection and a particularly colorful timbre, and she also proves to be a sprightly actress.

Pierre Benveniste, ODB-Opéra, November 2016.
